Return & Exchange

Exchange is available only if the product arrives damaged or if the wrong item is delivered. In other cases, please note that Returns & Exchanges are not accepted.

Customers are requested to raise the exchange query within 3 days from the date the product is received. You can reach out to our customer support team anytime to help you with any other issues related to your order, payment, shipment, and exchange.

How to Exchange:

Go to the Exchange Centre and fill out the Exchange form. Once you have requested, you will receive an email notifying you of the same.

It usually takes 24 working hours for us to respond to your request and schedule a reverse pick-up. We will send you an email once the Exchange request has been confirmed from our end with instructions on how to proceed.

Instructions to fill our Exchange Form:

• Fill in your order number along with your contact number and email.
• Select the unused products that you would like to Exchange.
• Click a picture of the products you are returning and upload them.
• Request Exchange Shipping from KumKum’s and submit.

The Exchange shipment will be scheduled to the location where the products were initially delivered. Our delivery partner will examine the products at the time of pick-up.

Please Note: To be eligible for Exchange, your products must be unused and in the same condition as you received them, with the original KumKum's packaging, tags, and bill.
