Return & Exchange

Exchange is available only if the product arrives damaged or if the wrong item is delivered. In other cases, please note that Returns & Exchanges are not accepted;

We are dedicated to providing a safe shopping platform to make your shopping experience as simple as possible and hassle-free with us.

Customers are requested to raise the exchange query within 3 days from the product received.  You can reach out to our customer support team anytime, to help you with any other issues related to your order, payment, shipment & Exchange.

Go to the Exchange Centre and fill out the Exchange form, and once you have requested, you will receive an mail notifying the same. 

It usually takes 24 working hours for us to respond to your Exchange request and schedule a reverse pick-up. We will send you a mail once the Exchange request has been confirmed from our end with the instructions on how you can Exchange the products.

Instructions to fill our Exchange Form Inside Exchange Centre

  1. Fill in your order number with the contact number and email.
  2. Select the unused products that you would like to Exchange.
  3. Click a picture of the products you are returning and upload them.
  4. Request Exchange Shipping From KumKum’s and submit.

The Exchange shipment will be scheduled to the place where the products were initially delivered, and our delivery partner will examine the products at the time of pick-up.

Please Note: To be eligible for Exchange, your products must be unused and have to be in the same condition as you received it, with the original KumKums packaging, tags and bill.
